Some stuff I work on...

current (in progress)

miscellanous patches

  • patch against cyrus-sasl to work on Mac OS X 10.2 cyrus-sasl-1.5.28-1.patch. For compilation, move /usr/local/include/ out of the way! [Nov 23 2002]
  • Linux kernel patch which sets the default virtual terminal blanking to 0 (disable): v 2.2.2x - v 2.4.18
can be very useful on a crashed server to see the last output to a tty...[Mar 192002]
  • patch against the session class of phplib 7.2d to use only the new $_SERVER global: phplib7.2d_session.inc_globals.diff (this allows using phplib with register_globals = off) [Nov 11 2002]
  • Small patch for qmailmrtg7 (3.4) to provide an additional parameter for RBL spam matches : qmailmrtg7-rbl.diff [Apr 19 2002]
  • patch for the ldap extension of PHP 4.1.2 to set the LDAP Protocol version to 3: ldap.diff (apply to ldap.c). This fixes for example a problem with LDAPExplorer which says "Unable to bind to server: Protocol error" when using OpenLDAP server [Jun 12 2002]
  • patch for the ldap extension of vpopmail 5.2.1 to set the LDAP Protocol version to 3: vldap.c.diff (apply to vldap.c). has been merged into vpopmail 5.3.7 [Jun 11 2002]
  • patch for mysql_backup.cgi 2.7 to fix the ending lf with whereis output redirection and backtick operators: mysql_backup-2.7.txt.diff
The author of the script says he has reasons for not using strict, taint checking and using backticks. Well, this is the proof that executing system commands using backticks is a bad thing. With system(@args), the problem would be less important. In fact I don't like the script, but never found time to write a new one... :-( [Sep 6 2002]

I really don't know what makes you look at this, but anyway, here you are to look at some crap or at things that the world doesn't need anymore (and never needed):

oh, I forgot: it's all open, GPL or artistic
